“General Hospital” star Sophia Mattson posted a stunning photo of herself with her new baby bump on social media, Saying, “Many of you had already guessed… baby girl is due in May.” costar Josh Swickerd (Harrison Chase) replied, “Gah!!!!!” To which Mattson replied, “Lots of fun play dates ahead!!!” Swikard recently announced the birth of his second child with his wife, Lauren Swikard. Several other costars sent congratulations, including Avery Pohl (Esme Prince), Caitlin McMullen (Willow Tait), and Tabyana Ali (Trina Robinson), who posted, “You’re glowing!!! I’m so excited for you.” Tanisha Harper (Jordyn Ashford) simply said, “BEAUTY!!!” Former “GH” costars Brianna Nicole Henry (ex-Jordan Ashford), Johnny Vectors (ex-Brando Corbin), and Brianna Lane (ex-Brooke Lynn Quartermaine) also offered their congratulations.
Even actors from “The Young and the Restless,” Brittany Sarpy (Elena Dawson) and Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra), shared their joy for Mattson. An observant fan replied, “So happy for you, and yes, we were all guessing you were pregnant again. You wore it well though. Wishing you a healthy, happy little girl.” Another follower enthusiastically wrote, “You look absolutely beautiful. I’m so happy for you, your husband and son.
